A brief history of…
It was more then 10 years since three founders of Golf Club Ohrid went to Pirin Golf Club with their families to learn golf. In that time no one knows that this trip will make a history. The core was forge. After few year in February of 2014, now four of them pronounced declaration of founding The Club. Who can think that day will bring something that was impossible to have. Day by day, year by year sacrifices were done. But those sacrifices were not gone in vain.
There were many nights spent in talks, so called аљабаљашење, but it is not easy to bring the play of golf where is not exist. After lot of upside and downs, a opportunity came out. Local municipality answers the calls for Golf Course has to be build. We were proud of decision and give a hand to help.
Everything after that is history. We started to make contours for what today is called The First Golf Course in the Country. With Pro Bono work and with ours capital we build the irrigation system for 4,5 hectares under grass. We bought necessary lawn movers and utility machines for The Course.
And we still going on.
